There are mainly four steps of dolomite powder processing, the whole production process of dolomite powder as follow:

1: Crushing
The dolomite bulk material is broken by the crusher to the feed fineness that can enter the powder making machine.

2: Grinding
The pieces of crushed dolomite are sent to the silo by the hoist and then sent to the grinding chamber of the mill evenly and quantitatively by vibrating feeder.
Fine powder processing generally selects HRM vertical roller mill, superfine powder processing usually selects CLUM superfine vertical mill or HGM micro powder grinding mill.

3: Classification
After grinding, the materials are graded by powder sorting machine, and the unqualified powder is selected to be returned to the host machine after grading and re grinding.

4: Collection
Comply with the fineness of powder with the gas flowing through the pipeline into the dust collector were isolated and collected, finished powder from the outlet of the conveying device is sent to the finished product bin, and then unified with the powder tank or automatic packaging machine for packaging.
