“How can I know the quality of your powder grinding mills? And can I check the real product results by sample testing?” These questions, I believe, are the main concerns from our customers after they have a basic knowledge of the machine.
Well, this time I will give you a simple introduction of the related testing rules of our company.
Giving the principle of serving the customers wholeheartedly, there is no doubt that our company is willing to do the sample testing. However, here comes some matters to be noticed in this process.
Firstly, what we can do is to test the fineness of powder instead of the production per hour. Why? Well, it is accepted that large machine like ours processes much raw materials hourly, and testing the hourly yield must need a large number of ore materials.
Secondly, the testing medium we use is water, this means that the materials which are easily dissolved in water cannot be tested.
Thirdly, materials, flammable or explosive or toxic, cannot be tested either.
And the last same important point is that we will charge you if the sample you want to test is nonferrous material, because the after-measurement cleaning part is complicated.
