When exposed to cathode rays, some dolomites emit an orange glow while dilute hydrochloric acid slowly bubbles when cold. (1) Choose According to Fineness

Dolomite powder is also offered in various mesh sizes (10 and ultrafine powders in 140, 325, 600,1000 and1600 meshes). Depending on the desired fineness of the product (e.g., for processing purposes between5-80meshes), a crusher can be utilized as an alternative to a mill. Working Process
The PEX jaw crusher operates through a combination of movement and compression. Consequently, materials within the crushing chamber consisting of fixed jaw plate, movable jaw plate, and side leeward plate can be fragmented and discharged through the outlet.

Raymond mill is suitable for grinding a wide range of materials, including but not limited to calcium carbonate, barite, dolomite, calcite, limestone, kaolin, bentonite, marble, gypsum, quartz, feldspar clay talc fluorite white mud mica refractory glass and over 1000 other types of materials with a Mohs hardness below 9.3.
 

Working Process
The standard configuration of the Raymond mill includes the main engine, reducer, powder classifier, cyclone deduster, dust collector, blower, control cabinet motor, and pipe. Optional accessories consist of a crusher and a bucket elevator with a feeder. The jaw crusher breaks down the large material into the required particle size before it is conveyed to the storage hopper by the bucket elevator. Through a vibration feeder, it is uniformly and continuously fed into the main machine for grinding. The ground powder is then transported by airflow from the blower to the classifier for grading. The particles that meet the fineness requirements are collected in the cyclone collector through a pipe where they undergo separation. These particles can be discharged as finished products at the discharge valve. Air is drawn into the blower through a return pipe located at top of cyclone collector. The entire air flow system operates as a sealed cycle circulating under positive and negative pressure.

A superfine grinder is a device that breaks solid materials into powder through grinding, which is an essential unit operation in various processes. It finds common applications in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, chemicals, and mining.


Working Process
During operation, the mill rolls rotate within the ring and centrifugal force propels material to the turntable's edge where it falls into the grinding chamber. There, rollers repeatedly press, crush, and grind it. The high-pressure blower continuously draws air into the mill which carries broken material to a classifier. Unqualified particle sizes are filtered out by the classifier's high-speed impeller and returned for re-grinding while qualified particles mix with air and enter a cyclone deduster. Most of the qualified powder exits through a bottom drain valve while some fine powder adheres to filter bag surfaces as it moves towards a dust collector with airflow. Simultaneously, sudden vibrations caused by instantaneous injection of high-pressure gas controlled by pulse valves cause attached fine powder on filter bag surfaces to fall off. Conveyors at the bottom transport both batches of materials for packing finished powder. Finally, filtered clean air is discharged through an outlet muffler.
